In most cases we are able to attach a structure to your home. A site visit is always necessary to insure there are no issues or code violations in doing so. Our highly trained associates will walk you through the possibilities and recommend the best options for your home.
Does my installation site need to be level?
No it does not! In fact, Southern Outback Structures is one of the few pergola and pavilion designers who love the challenge of unusual and difficult installation sites. We pride ourselves in finding solutions for EVERY customer need.
Do you offer stain or paint options?
Yes, we offer a wide variety of stain colors standard and will be happy to create a one-of-a-kind custom color to your style needs. We professionally apply the stain to all materials prior to installation. If you prefer, we will leave your pergola or pavilion unstained and allow the cedars’ natural aging to produce a rich grey toned color. With Southern Outback Structures, the choice is completely yours!

We only ask an adult responsible for the project be present at the beginning of construction and again when we are complete to insure your ultimate satisfaction.

How much does a pergola or pavilion installation cost?
Unfortunately this answer varies with your unique design and site requirements. We require a site visit to accurately price every structure we build and to provide as many options as you like to not only fit your budget, but your style too!
Why choose Western Red Cedar instead of pressure treated lumber?
Western Red Cedar is one of the finest lumber products available and is highly valued for its’ durability and beautiful appearance. It is naturally resistant to moisture, decay, and pest problems. Above all, Western Red Cedar retains its’ shape and does not warp and twist like pressure treated lumber can during the first 90 days after installation. In our experience, there is no better material to use for a structure as loved as a pergola or pavilion. | ||
